OSLO returned to the stage in November 2025 with their first live shows in nearly a decade, reconnecting not out of obligation, but from a shared love of creating and a chemistry that has never left.

Formed by Mattia Borrani, Kerry Wayne James and Gabrial McNair, the band first broke through with its 2005 self-titled debut, earning praise from Rolling Stone, Alternative Press, and the Los Angeles Times. Their follow-up, The Rise and Fall of Love and Hate (2007), featured collaborations with Sam Fogarino (Interpol) and Melissa Auf der Maur (Hole), while their music reached wider audiences through film and television placements, including The Unit and Shameless.

Based in Oakland, California, OSLO continues to evolve with a renewed perspective. Recent releases, including “Everybody Knows,” “Accidental Tourist,” and “Tomorrow’s a New Day”, are intimate yet expansive, blending organic textures with a cinematic, otherworldly sensibility. Themes of trust, resilience, and self-discovery unfold without prescription, inviting personal interpretation.

With clarity and intention, OSLO re-emerges not as a band revisiting its past but as one continuing to evolve, creating on its own terms.
